Fabien McGill is currently an elementary school Assistant Principal, with a background as a middle school Mathematics teacher and athletic director. Fabien is invested in K12 education with a focus on educational leadership development. His mission is to redefine education and how we interact with others to ensure that we are strengthening our communities.
Fabien received his Bachelor of Science in Middle Grades Education in Mathematics and Science from the College of Charleston, a Master of Education from the University of South Carolina, and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational leadership from Albany State university. Currently, he is completing a Doctoral degree from South Carolina State University.
Fabien enjoys traveling, learning, and working with others. He is a firm believer in being a lifelong learner. He believe with the assistance of IIRP, we can and will help to cultivate and inspire future generations.
