Participants will leave knowing how to assess their current workplace culture and design actionable strategies to support positive and sustainable culture change.

- Identify techniques to create brave spaces that foster trust and authenticity.
- Explore how best to accomplish mutual accountability and identify needed norms.
- Discuss how to increase the level and quality of workplace engagement.
- Evaluate which concepts from restorative practices are best suited for immediate implementation and outline next steps.
