Director of Human Resources
Jody Weaver is Director of Human Resources at the IIRP and also supports our model programs at, CSF and Buxmont. Jody has over 30 years of experience in human resources and financial accounting. Her career started in social services in a childhood early intervention organization where she managed payroll, marketing, human resources, and more. In 2005, Jody came to CSF and Buxmont to work in accounting and human resources and in 2006 began supporting the IIRP as well.
In addition to her 30 years of experience in human resources, Jody has completed thousands of hours of training with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), Northampton Community College, and Penn State Lehigh Valley non-credit courses.
Jody is passionate about DEI with an emphasis on supporting adults with disabilities in the workplace. She believes that all people should not only feel included, but be seen, heard, valued, and validated in workplaces and beyond.
