Director of Client Strategy & Special Projects
Hayley Walczer, M.A., serves as Director of Client Strategy & Special Projects for the IIRP. In her role, she leads the planning and execution of the IIRP’s business-to-business client work, ranging from consulting, request for proposal responses, higher education partnerships, to Whole-School Change and large implementation initiatives. She manages special projects and supports client communications and satisfaction. Hayley thrives on the challenge of identifying what strategies will work best for each unique client. This often involves creative problem-solving—thinking outside the box and tailoring approaches to meet specific needs.
With a background in supporting vulnerable populations, such as through human trafficking prevention, hospital accompaniment for sexual and domestic violence, and organ donation coordination, Hayley has always sought ways to help individuals navigate complex challenges. As a relational person, she values human connection and believes in the power of restorative practices to foster understanding and healing. This philosophy aligns with her passion for supporting individuals and communities in meaningful and sustainable ways.
Hayley is deeply committed to advancing restorative practices across various sectors, including education, criminal justice, and community organizations. Her expertise lies in developing and implementing plans that foster well-being, accountability, and community resilience. With a foundation in conflict resolution, she strives to create environments where individuals and communities can thrive through restorative methodologies.
Hayley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Conflict Analysis and Resolution (Community and Organizational Conflict) with a Minor in Theatre from George Mason University as well as a Master of Arts in Peace and Justice from the University of San Diego.
