Sarah Barbour supports the design and implementation of school-wide behavioral support systems and restorative discipline processes for a large, metropolitan school district. This role has provided her opportunities to facilitate restorative justice conferences and witness the positive impact they can make on school communities.

Ms. Barbour's career spans over 20 years in the fields of mental health and K-12 education settings. She completed a year-long transformational coaching program with Bright Mornings and has trained Life Space Crisis Intervention, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Counseling from McDaniel College and a Post Master's Certificate in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
