Sarah Barbour supports the design and implementation of school-wide behavioral support systems and restorative discipline processes for independent and public school districts. She also facilitates transformational coaching cycles with administrative school leaders.

Sarah’s career spans over 20 years in the fields of mental health and K-12 education settings. She completed a year-long transformational coaching program with Bright Mornings and has trained Life Space Crisis Intervention, Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) and Multi-tiered System of Support (MTSS).

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Counseling from McDaniel College and a Post Master's Certificate in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

Sarah resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband and two kids. She spends her weekends at the horse farm or checking out new restaurants in the city.
