Director of eCommerce
Steve Grieger has worked for the IIRP since 2004 in various roles. As Director of eCommerce, he is passionate about communicating how restorative practices can help people improve their environments by supporting their accessibility to content provided by the IIRP.
Steve leads the creation, production, and distribution of educational materials and merchandise to large markets daily. He embraces cross-functionality by ensuring that sales, technology, and product are synchronized in order to guarantee a positive customer experience.
He has spent his entire career working in the IIRP restorative environment and is at ease leading and managing collaboratively. Steve holds an associate’s degree in film and digital video from Full Sail University.
