Dean of Student Services
Jamie Kaintz is Dean of Student Services, which supports students to express their educational interests and explore how IIRP graduate programs fit their goals. She has over 11 years of experience in student affairs, student and client support services, and higher education administration. Jamie is adept at developing teams and implementing system change. Her team provides individualized guidance on everything from admission requirements and course planning to registration and financial aid. They provide ongoing support throughout a student’s time in the graduate school. She subscribes to a servant leadership style and encourages staff to continue to grow, learn, and expand their own areas of expertise.
Jamie has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology from Cedar Crest College and a Master of Science in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Bay Path University.
