Bridging the Knowing-Doing Gap with Implementation Science
70% of company-wide change initiatives fail; yours doesn’t have to fall into that 70%. Implementing with Intention: Effecting Change Through a Relational Lens introduces participants to the tools, language, and resources to help support the sustained implementation of a change initiative across a variety of diverse contexts. Rooted in restorative practices, this event integrates evidence-based frameworks from Immunity to Change, Implementation Science, and Project Leadership with the relational principles that define restorative practices: connection, trust, and community.
Participants will explore why change efforts often stall, how to get “unstuck,” and how to guide teams through predictable barriers with clarity and compassion.
While each learning outcome is rooted in a restorative principle, the tools and methods utilized in this course are intentionally designed to meet the needs of practitioners working in a wide array of professional contexts. Participants will leave with digital tools, templates, and a renewed understanding of how connection and collaboration drive real, sustainable progress.
Participants can expect to:
- Identify personal and organizational “immunity to change” and uncover competing commitments that keep teams from moving forward.
- Learn practical strategies from the field of implementation science to bridge the gap between knowing what works and making it happen.
- Apply the EPIS Framework to assess progress and ensure sustainability.
- Develop skills in Project Leadership and Stakeholder Management, guided by the restorative principle of Fair Process—engagement, explanation, and clarity.
