LeTicia has more than 20 years of experience in education. Now retired from the school system, she continues her work by partnering with organizations committed to creating meaningful change. LeTicia is a passionate advocate for youth and is dedicated to helping them realize and benefit from their highest potential.
During her tenure with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools, LeTicia developed a strong foundation in restorative practices. Under the leadership of her supervisor, Lorraine Stallworth—who played a key role in transforming discipline approaches across the district—LeTicia gained valuable insight and experience. Supported by a collaborative team in Nashville and training through the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP), she built the skills and pedagogy necessary to foster strong, relationship-centered environments that continue to evolve. She also earned her Restorative Justice certification as part of the inaugural class at Vermont Law School.
LeTicia holds a bachelor's in elementary education from Tennessee State University, a graduate degree from Trevecca Nazarene University, and an ESL endorsement from Lipscomb University. She remains curious and open to new opportunities for growth and impact.
In her spare time, LeTicia enjoys traveling abroad and spending quality time with her family. For her, adventure is always just a conversation away.
