Lecturer
Dr. Nikki Chamblee has been an educator for over 19 years. She currently serves as an Instructor and Implementation Coach for the IIRP. In this role, she provides training and coaching to support districts in effectively planning Implementation. Her area of focus is the interweaving of restorative practices with other district initiatives.
She is licensed in New York and Texas in the areas of English Language Arts, Special Education, and English as a Second Language. She received Tier 1 and Tier 2 training in restorative processes from the Morningside Center for Teaching Social Responsibility and training in restorative discipline practices from the Texas Education Agency. From 2017-2022, she served as a Coordinator of Restorative Practices for two districts in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Practices from the IIRP. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her two young grandchildren.
