Info for Presenters

We are asking approved presenters to complete our Presenter Agreement Form by 16 July, confirming your commitment to present at the conference and register by 3 August (at the reduced rate of €250).
The Presenter Agreement Form is online here.

Two presenters for each presentation can register for the conference at the reduced rate. Additional co-presenters must pay the full registration fee. Register here.

Presenters are responsible for their own travel and lodging. The booking form for the Danubius Hotel Flamenco is available online here.

The conference schedule is currently full. However, we sometimes receive cancellations. If you would like to apply to be on the waiting list to present a 50-minute breakout session, please complete the proposal form below.

Session Title
To appear in the conference schedule and program book. Please keep to 15 words or less. We suggest that you come up with a title that both describes your subject matter and will spark interest in your session.

100-150 words, in paragraph form, to be published in the conference program book. When writing your summary, please consider that conference participants will be determining their breakout session choices based largely on session summaries. Summaries longer than 150 words will be edited for length.

Audiovisual Equipment Requests
Digital projectors for PowerPoint presentations, VCRs and DVD players, whiteboards or flipcharts, and overhead projectors are available on request. All conference rooms will have projection screens. We do not have extra laptop computers for PowerPoint presentations. No additional AV requests after 4 October 4 2007.
