Instructor

Victoria Goodson is the Coordinator for Student Conduct and Restorative Justice at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. She began her association with the IIRP in 2018 and  recently participated in the IIRP Graduate School's Restorative Practices in Higher Education Collaborative. 

Previously, Victoria was at Rutgers University where she created a Restorative Justice Practices Program with the Office of the Dean of Students. Victoria holds certifications in Mediation and Restorative Justice and has used these skills and knowledge in a variety of different settings, including higher education, clinical mental health and not-for-profit organizations. Victoria holds a Master of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Boise State University.

In her spare time, she loves being outdoors, especially hiking, archery and tennis, socializing with friends, and spending time with her dog Chloe.
