Steve Fiedeldey is a restorative practitioner who has a diverse background in education. He is a passionate and dedicated advocate for children, with experience as an adjunct professor, school psychologist and educational leader.

Steve is the Director of Special Education and founder of Fiedeldey Consulting. His most significant professional work is the creation of a trauma-informed framework for school districts that culminates in developing a collective community of care founded on restorative practices where every child can be seen, heard and cared for.  

Steve holds a B.A. in Psychology, an M.A. in Educational Psychology and an M.A. in Educational Leadership, while also holding certificates as a school psychologist, principal and restorative practitioner.

Steve’s a proud father of three and can be found tinkering in his woodshop with his dog by his side, lost in a book, or cooking with his wife.
