Director of School-based Implementation
Dr. Ryan Fenderson is Director of School-based Implementation specializing in establishing positive culture and climate. He began his career in education, teaching high school English and speech. Subsequently he worked with a private mental health company creating programs to serve at-risk youth and disabled adults. For more than five years, Ryan has worked with the IIRP and co-created the IIRP’s coaching model. He currently brings his consulting expertise in organizational change to schools, businesses and other organizations.
Ryan has a strong background in academic research: his doctoral dissertation looked at how personality traits correlated to successful employment to inform hiring practices. He has a Bachelor in English, a Master in teaching, and a Doctorate of Education, with an emphasis in Teacher Leadership.
