Paul Karaman is a former executive director of Community Service Foundation (CSF), one of the IIRP’s model programs. CSF helped implement restorative practices in Buxmont Academy, another model program, with five private academic schools.
Paul is a leader and manager with 25 years of experience as executive director, director and clinical supervisor in organizations providing superior children and family services in alternative education, juvenile justice, child welfare, mental health and drug and alcohol systems of care. He has been involved in many areas, from start up to supervising and turning around programs and teams. Paul has a Master in Philosophy from Villanova University.
