Nikki Chamblee, Ph.D., has been an educator for two decades. Currently, she is the Coordinator for Restorative Practices for Fort Worth Independent School District. From 2017 to 2020 she served as the Restorative Discipline Coordinator for the DeSoto Alternative Education Program. Nikki is licensed in New York and Texas in the areas of English Language Arts, Special Education and English as a Second Language. She received Tier 1 and Tier 2 training in restorative processes and discipline practices from the Morningside Center for Teaching Social Responsibility. She also received coordinator training from the Texas Education Agency. Nikki has a Graduate Certificate in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School.
