Neil Ray has served in communities and schools of the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area for over 15 years in various capacities, including school social worker, behavioral health clinician and interim executive director of a youth development nonprofit organization. Neil currently serves as assistant principal of a private alternative school in Delaware, where he was introduced to restorative practices and has led the Restorative Leadership Team for the past five years.

Neil studied Sociology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Indiana, Pennsylvania, and later returned to Philadelphia to complete a Master in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice.

A native of Philadelphia, Neil is a passionate fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and 76ers. He is a proud husband and father and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
