Restoring Community


Lynne Lang is an IIRP graduate (2018) and has worked for over 30 years in public health, managing community coalitions and developing school health and safety curriculum. In 2009, she developed Virtue-Based Restorative Discipline, a model for restorative practices rooted in habits for human excellence. Her background in dispute resolution, conflict transformation, and restorative practices is foundational to her thought leadership in a variety of professional development settings. She is president of Restoration Matters, a nonprofit organization in St. Louis, Missouri.
