James Collin has more than 30 years of experience in public school districts across Connecticut. He has served as a teacher, guidance counselor, administrator and assistant superintendent. Dr. Collin has extensive experience supporting individuals and organization implementing adaptive change. He came to IIRP as an instructor 2017. His first project involved implementing restorative practice in an urban elementary school, including making schedule and program changes that allowed a multi-tier school-wide restorative approach.
