Instructor

Shermont Fox has over 35 years of experience transforming the lives of students and families with schools all over the country. He has been a teacher at the School District of Philadelphia and a therapist, behavior and crisis specialist in the behavioral health field before moving into a leadership role as the School Administrator of an alternative school and Clinical Director of Operations serving Emotional Support classrooms in Philadelphia. Shermont is also with the International Institute for Restorative Practice as a License Trainer and coach where he has worked all over the country training educators. 

He received a B.A. in Computer and Information Science as well as a dual M.A. in Elementary Education and Administration from Cheyney University.

A devoted husband and father, he is active in his community as a basketball coach, mentor and advocate, often working with children with social emotional needs, he lives in New Jersey loves going to the beach and spending time with friends and family.
