Melissa Ugarte has been an educator for over a decade, having held positions in counseling, behavior management and leadership. Ms. Ugarte founded The Educated Edge, LLC, a Rhode Island training and coaching agency that prepares educators in restorative implementation. She is passionate about enhancing schools across the country and holds a Bachelor in Social Work and a Master in Restorative Practices.
