Kevin has been an Instructor and Facilitator with IIRP Canada since 2015, working with schools, Indigenous communities and others. Previously, Kevin had a long career in public education spanning three decades in the roles of teacher, coach, vice-principal, principal and senior administrator. In the role of superintendent at the Trillium Lakelands DSB in Ontario, Kevin spearheaded the training of all staff and implementation of restorative practices through a collaboration with IIRP Canada. Kevin has done training and facilitation, both in-person and virtually, across North America, including the far north of Canada in the Inuit communities of Nunavik, Quebec. Kevin has also facilitated many successful workplace restoration sessions within organizations, assisting people to deal with harm or dysfunction while working "with" them to move forward in a peaceful and productive manner. Kevin received a Master of Science in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School in 2018.
