Paul Leese is the Director of Marketing for the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP).  He has over 20 years of experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns across a variety of for-profit and nonprofit industries, including higher education. Paul is experienced in developing and supporting teams with a dynamic array of expertise. He believes in quality leadership development and uses those skills and competencies to support and develop his team. 

Paul is a two-time graduate of DeSales University, earning a bachelor’s degree with a dual major in Business Communications and Management and later, his Master of Business Administration.
