Marketing Manager
FLSA Classification: Non-exempt
Reports to: Marketing Director

The International Institute for Restorative Practices is seeking a motivated and experienced marketing manager to join its Communications Unit. This position can be remote or hybrid and will be key in developing and leading marketing efforts that will continue our organizational growth and take advantage of tremendous new opportunities unfolding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in partnership with the marketing director and unit leaders across the organization for graduate enrollment, continuing education, and organizational development to support core business functions.
- Oversee workflow to ensure all projects in the queue are completed on time, on budget and achieve the desired outcomes.
- Manage outside vendor contracts and relationships.
- Assist in developing media/advertising strategies using channels appropriate to the target audiences and goals of the campaigns.
- Assist in creating content to be used across social media, the website, and other platforms to create awareness of and affinity for the IIRP and its offerings.
- Assist in implementing effective marketing efforts using the in-house CRM system.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign statistics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in insuring brand consistency across the organization.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- MBA or advanced marketing degree preferred; bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing with increasing levels of responsibilities.
- Direct experience in developing and executing marketing and media campaigns across all media channels, including digital.
- Familiarity with data analysis to determine return on overall marketing efforts and the ability to provide meaningful reporting and insights on the data to improve ongoing business decisions.
- Willing and able to collaborate effectively with others on the team and across the organization.
- Skilled at interpersonal communication, writing, multitasking, time management, prioritization, organization and focusing on details.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or other CRM automation systems is a plus.

Application Programmer

The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) is a thriving graduate school valued for our work building relationships and community. The IIRP Graduate School is seeking an Application Programmer for remote work, being able to come into the office is optional. This is a dynamic role involving the use of both technical and business analysis skills. You will enjoy this role if you find it exciting to discover how the business functions and make changes that save people time.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of experience in a small Information Technology department, able to work in multiple technologies including programming languages, databases (such as MySQL), and cloud platforms.
- Must have demonstrable programming experience in a .Net language, PHP, Apex, or Python.
- Familiar with clean code and follows software craftsmanship principles.
- Experience in building and maintaining a CI/CD pipeline.
- Salesforce or Power Automate knowledge is a plus.
- Strong business analyst skills.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Application Programmer will support faculty and staff, delivering new capabilities that further our strategic goals. This person will also work closely with colleagues to create new workflows and increase the efficiency of the organization. This position is located within our Information Integration Unit and will report directly to the Director of Technology and will work closely with the IT Manager and System Architect.
The ideal candidate will be able to navigate competing priorities and respond to both learners and colleagues promptly, work well both independently and as part of a team, and accept and provide feedback on processes and colleagues. As well as perform remote troubleshooting and develop and maintain documentation.
