The IIRP is seeking a full-time instructor to provide professional development at our public and private events. The instructor will also present at conferences and forums, provide coaching, conduct informational webinars and market IIRP programs to potential customers including potential graduate students. Ideal candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of restorative practices, be comfortable training others, have exceptional oral and presentation skills. Other key competencies in this role are the commitment to value diversity and to manage conflict. This position requires frequent travel. Master’s degree preferred.
