International Institute for Restorative Practices, a dynamic nonprofit located in the heart of Bethlehem, has a unique opportunity available for an entry level role as a Financial Associate. Full-time, M-F, 8:00-4:30. This position has exposure to all three organizations in our consortium, including our international offices. Responsibilities include assisting with HR administrative functions as well as accounting tasks. Candidate must have a demonstrated superior work ethic and attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle several duties at once are essential. Bachelor’s degree is also required.
The International Institute for Restorative Practices is looking for a full-time statistical analyst to support multiple education, youth services and continuing education business lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for regular and ad hoc reporting, will assist with program assessment, and will identify new areas of inquiry for reporting and assessment. They will also be comfortable promoting data literacy and ensuring that information is accessible for stakeholders at all levels across the consortium.
Someone familiar with K-12 or higher education, social science research, or organizations that work with at-risk youth would excel in this role. Bachelor's degree required.
