Restorative Practices Coach
Do you want to utilize your skills as a Restorative Practitioner to make a positive impact in schools around the United States?
The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School located in Bethlehem, PA is expanding, and we are excited to grow our team. The IIRP is seeking a full-time Coach to work with schools implementing Restorative Practices. Responsibilities include facilitation of in person and online coaching and instruction. These learning experiences range from foundational training in Restorative Practices to advanced practitioner offerings. This role includes providing coaching support to organizations implementing IIRP programs to transform climate and culture. Coaches will participate in data collection and review to drive focused content delivery.
Candidates will be presented with the opportunity to lead projects and be the point of contact for administration and school leadership. There are opportunities to speak at conferences and other public forums. Master’s Degree is preferred and 5 years’ experience as a Restorative Practitioner is required. Ability to travel is expected. Excellent oral and written skills a must. This is a hybrid-remote position, candidates from across the US are encouraged to apply.
- Provides coaching and instruction of IIRP material.
- Actively engages to expand the scope of work and impact with potential and current projects.
- Provides comprehensive guidance and consultation for school system leadership in their pursuit of implementing restorative practices.
- Collaborates with Director of School-Based Implementation around project planning, delivery, implementation, and anticipated outcomes.
- Speaks at conferences, public forums, and other events.

Participating with other members of the Academic Affairs unit, candidates will have the opportunity to develop and refine content which has broad implications for schools, higher education, and corporate work culture. Administrative Assistant

The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School located in Bethlehem, PA is expanding, and we are excited to grow our team. The IIRP Graduate School is seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to support the management of our professional development instructors and general day-to-day support tasks. This is a hybrid position with the ability to work virtually as well as in our Bethlehem office as necessary.
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, have excellent organization and attention to detail. They will be the main point of contact with our professional development instructors to assist with scheduling needs. The ability to build and maintain rapport with a team of diverse individuals is crucial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency and accuracy working in Office Suite and databases.
