Accounting Manager

The International Institute for Restorative Practices has an opening for an Accounting Manager to support the growing and fast-paced financial department. FT, M-F 8:00-4:30. Responsibilities include G/L maintenance and reconciliation, preparation and analysis of monthly financials and reviewing and approving A/P & A/R for Buxmont Academy, Community Service Foundation and IIRP, including IIRP Canada and IIRP Latin America. This position reports to the CFO and is a critical new addition to a small team. (S)he will also work on a vast array of special projects, gaining exposure across the consortium.

Candidate must possess a high level of integrity and initiative; a solid understanding of GAAP; the ability to work effectively, cooperatively and efficiently in a team environment; and an exceptional attention to detail. Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA or MBA preferred. Must have minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in a financial setting and be proficient in Excel and QBs. Director of Technology

The International Institute for Restorative Practices has an opening for a Director of Technology to provide vision and oversight of technology for all parts of the consortium. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of technological infrastructure: from website development and other client-facing technologies; to database management; to hardware management and networking. Although this is a director-level position with supervisory responsibility, the person in this role will be expected to understand and act as an administrator to some of these systems as the unit grows. They will report to the Director of Information Integration.
