You can now earn most of your master's degree (10 courses) or certificate (6 courses) at home.
To accommodate interested professionals across the world, you can now select from a flexible format to complete up to 80% of your academic coursework online and via independent study.
The IIRP offers 12 initial days of in-person, interactive professional development, organized as three exciting 4-day events in which you directly experience the power of restorative practices.
- You can attend these three events in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA or at various locations in the United States and a growing number of other countries.
- You can apply each of these three 4-day events toward academic credit by registering for the corresponding online coursework.
- These 12 days of professional development are the only in-person experiences that are required for either your master’s degree or certificate. However, if you prefer, there are additional in-person, traditional elective courses offered at our Bethlehem campus throughout the year.
- After completing the three core courses based on the 4-day events, you can conveniently achieve the balance of your studies without additional travel through online courses or independent study.
(For a master’s degree, you would take 7 more courses and for a certificate, 3 more courses.)
World conferences and symposia are offered each year that can also be combined with online coursework as elective courses toward your degree or certificate.
Independent study options will allow you, with the support of our experienced faculty, to customize your studies to conform to your specific area of interest.
