Information for Presenters

PowerPoint Presentations and Laptops
Be sure to bring your own laptop computer if your session includes a PowerPoint or digital presentation. We will not have any available for loan.

The conference schedule is very full, so please note the following:

1. To help ensure that you don't exceed your allotted time, be careful about "go-arounds," such as having everyone introduce themselves. While such go-arounds match the spirit of this conference, they tend to use a lot of time.
   
   
2. In most cases you won't be able to get into your room early, since another presentation will be going on.
   
   
3. There may be another presenter waiting to use your room after you are finished, so please do not under any circumstance run over your time.
   
   
4. If people have questions or want to speak with you after your session, please do so in the hallway.

Sharing Your Presentation Materials
If you want to share your materials on iirp.org (e.g., a paper, handouts, slides), email Word, PowerPoint or PDF files to hull10share@iirp.org before or after the conference. All documents will be converted to PDF.
