About 350 participants from 18 countries attended the IIRP's 2007 conference in Budapest, Hungary, on November 7-9, 2007. This interdisciplinary conference provided an international perspective on restorative practices theory and practice in a variety of settings, from education to social welfare to criminal justice.

Day 1 (Nov 7) was simultaneously translated into English and Hungarian.
The day consisted of plenary sessions only — an exciting mix of presentations, panels and films (subtitled in Hungarian).

Days 2 and 3 (Nov 8-9) was in English only.
Participants were able to choose among a variety of sessions created by those conference participants who responded in advance to our Call for Presenters.
