There are several ways to begin your studies:
You can begin at any time, from any location, in any number of ways. No application is necessary to enroll but you must have completed your undergraduate studies from an accredited college, university, or international equivalent.
Begin from home with an online graduate course.
RP 506 Restorative Practices: The Promise and the Challenge, is a fully online elective course that is offered every term. You may choose to begin your studies with this course until you are able to attend the Basic Restorative Practices event.
Create your Student Portal
Create a login account for the Student Portal to begin receiving notices when registration opens each term, access the Financial Aid Application, and register for courses.
Attend an event that is paired with graduate coursework.
With our learning model, these events count as seat time toward hybrid graduate courses.
- Basic Restorative Practices will then pair with RP 500 Basic Restorative Practices and is a required experience for all graduate students. This 4-day cornerstone event offers an introduction to restorative practices concepts and methods for building engagement and responding to harm.
Note: If you have attended an IIRP in-service professional development event with your school or employer, you may have already attended part of the Basic Restorative Practices event.

After attending each of these events, you may be eligible to complete the coursework associated with the paired hybrid graduate course.
