Howard Zehr Howard Zehr, restorative justice pioneer and author of the influential Changing Lenses: A New Focus for Crime and Justice, will present a talk entitled “The Call of Restorative Justice: Tapping and Sustaining the Moral Energy.” Wilma Derksen photo Wilma Derksen will describe a victim advocate’s approach to restorative justice.
Frank Fruechtel photo Frank Fruchtel will discuss the use of family group conferencing in Germany. Jennifer Llewellyn Jennifer Llewellyn will report on Nova Scotia’s provincial restorative justice initiative.
